How it works…
*create a daily food diary 
 you can use myfitnesspal.com or in a separate notebook that you will update daily.
*drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces in water daily
No more than 150 oz. if you are over 300 lbs.
*do a minimum of 3 days 30 minute cardio each week.
gym, home or combination – any other workouts that you complete will be bonus pts. 
(max workouts per week is 5)
*read a chapter of your bible daily
Point values…
for every pound lost = 2 pts. 
for every inch lost = 3 pts.
(These will be awarded at official weigh in dates)
Keeping a daily food diary = 1 pt.
drinking your water = 1 pt. 
30 min. of cardio = 1 pt. (Min. of 3 per week)
bonus workouts = 2 pts. (Max of 2 per week)
reading your bible = 5 pts.
     You will need to turn in your chart each week that reflects the points you have earned. this chart needs to be dropped off in the front office, or
                             submitted online no later than Monday by 1:00PM each week. anything turned in after Monday will not be counted.

You don’t have to live in levelland to participate. the entire challenge is based on the honor system and we trust that everyone will be honest with each other and themselves.
